Facial Motion Capture Helmet

This is a construction guidance for a helmet to lock the camera in front of the face .
On this page I will explain this construction cheaply and easily.

Components list:

1 building worker helmet	4 clamping bolt	2 threaded rod M6 4 screw nut M6	1 wooden slat

Construction guidance

1. Drill two holes on both sides of the helmet. See figure.

2. Put the clamping bolt into the holes of the helmet. See figure.

3. Put the threaded rod into the holes of the clamping bolt. See figure.

4. Screw the nuts from the clamping bolt. See figure.

5. This is the result.

6. Drill two holes through the wood in the distance between the two threaded rod.

7. To fix the wood screw 2 nuts on both sites.

8. Attach your webcam at the marked spot. Bend the two threaded rod so that the lens of the webcam is at the height of the nasal tip.
